- Nationality: The candidate should be a citizen of India or should have a certificate of Indian citizenship for other countries.
- Age Limit: Age limit from 20 to 30 years as on 1 November 2017 can apply for the IBPS SO recruitment exam.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates who have completed graduation in the above-mentioned field can apply for the specialized field. For example, for IT officer post candidates must have graduation or post graduation degree in IT, electronics, or information technology.
